Anxiety disorders involves panic disorder or adult panic
anxiety syndrome whereby you start to experience sense of terror or panic
attacks. Anxiety disorder also include having obsession of thoughts that causes
anxiety. Post-traumatic stress disorders is as a result of flashback of
traumatizing or terrific events. Social anxiety disorders is when one has a
repetitive fear for social situations.
 
Generally anxiety disorders occurs as a result of too much
worries that is not in equal proportion with the actual situation. Someone will
develop phobia when he has excess or unfounded fear for some objects or
situation.
Symptoms of anxiety disorders 
Mild elevation of the person’s heart rate. This can disturb
the person’s normal daily activities. This includes people who develops anxiety
for closed spaces such as anxiety for elevators.
Physiological Human reaction responses- fright, fight or
flight responses are relating symptoms of anxiety disorders. These reactions
will help in raising alertness and be prepared to resist perilous stressors.
The body reacts when it encountered stress by producing a
chemical epinephrine or adrenalin. This adrenalin will help a person to fight
or flee from a danger. This involves increased heart rate and breathing which
will cause the muscles to acquire more oxygen and energy to tackle the
situation. Large amount of adrenalin can cause shortness of breath, chest pain
and heart palpitations. These symptoms does not necessarily mean that one is
having anxiety. They could be due to another cause. Seek medical attention
immediately when you notice these signs.
Causes:
There are many conditions that could be possible causes of
anxiety disorder, they include:
Genetic disposition.
Chemical imbalance in the brain can increase anxiety
response.
Personal trait
Family problems
Traumatic experience
Stressful situations
Treatment:
The treatment of this condition depends on the person’s age
and medical history. The first approach in treating anxiety disorder is to
first diagnose and then treat any likely conditions like hypoxia or
hyperthyroidism, these conditions worsens symptoms anxiety disorder. 
Successful treatments of anxiety disorder include
psychotherapy also called ‘talk therapy’. 
The person is helped through such methods like communication and
cognitive-behavior therapy by the psychotherapist. This helps the person in
becoming aware of those situations that triggers his anxiety disorder and in
dealing with them.
Psychotherapy is often done with combination of anti-anxiety
and anti-depressant medicines.
There are many ways in reducing symptoms of anxiety. For
example, if waiting in the bank is an issue and creates stress in your life,
make out days when you should be going to bank.
Exercise is a great strategy in reducing stress and anxiety.
Exercise permits the muscles to use and also work off epinephrine-which can
trigger symptoms of stress. Exercises like: deep breathing exercise, yoga and
tai chi helps to put one in a calm state. They also helps in eliminating
anxious thoughts in the mind.
Watching movies with buddies, playing games with friends,
carefree window shopping and hanging out with buddies are effective ways in
reducing anxiety. What is important is to recognize what helps you in slowing
down anxiety and make sure that you works towards it and also incorporating it
frequently in your life.
