HOW TO DEAL WITH REJECTION

I couldn't trust it however I was dumped.

She said no.

They didn't need me after all my efforts.

I was certain that it was intended to be.

We were made for one another.

I didn't land the position.

Life is a learning knowledge; take a gander at your results in life and take in and develop from them. Turn what you accept to be a negative result and begin to take a gander at it positively.

It is lamentable that we all sooner or later in time need to endure dismissal. On the off chance that it is somebody you appreciate or cherish then it can be entirely befuddling and harmful also. To be rejected is not a disappointment and ought not be dealt with so. In the event that you trust that a specific individual or accomplishment ought to be acquired and it doesn't happen there are explanations behind the result. This is not to say you ought to surrender attempting to accomplish your objectives in life yet truth be told you ought to keep on attempting with the new understanding that you now have from the lessons learnt. Despite the fact that you were so certain it would work out, the other individual won't not have been prepared. They won't not have seen you or welcomed your qualities that you could see, so it is best to acknowledge the result and not feel hurt, that they proceeded onward or pushed you away. This is not to say that you ought to surrender but rather it just means you have to learn and in future attempt once more. There are exemptions, where you may not see or have the capacity to comprehend the entire picture yet you will know when the time has come to proceed onward. In the event that you made a decent attempt to get it going it would in any case presumably not have worked out in light of the fact that the other individual couldn't see reality inside of you. On the off chance that both sides or individuals are prepared then it will happen so don't attempt to constrain a result when where it counts you trust it ought to work out. I am most likely portraying dismissal here on an individual level however you could apply the same to your work accomplishments also. It is each of the a matter of being right inside of yourself to get the right compensates in life. Persistence is unquestionably a lesson to be learnt and you should likewise comprehend that despite the fact that you are sure inside of yourself, there are different elements that you are not seeing that are influencing the choices other individuals make. Step once more from the circumstance you are in and attempt to see the circumstance from the other persons' perspectives. Everybody has distinctive convictions and values and that affects the result.

Dismissal ought not prevent you from seeking after your objectives and dreams however ought to be seen as a learning background that you can develop from so that next time the open door comes up you might be compensated for your understanding, comprehension and acknowledgment of others. You can't compel a result regardless of how hard you attempt. You might think you have accomplished your objective yet the result will be brief. Permit the experience to stream and be understanding in whatever the result. Never underestimate anything particularly a result that you really don't have any control over. Listen to the next individual and be understanding, for they see things uniquely in contrast to their diverse backgrounds. Acknowledge dismissal and proceed onward. Try not to rebuff yourself with the 'imagine a scenario in which' or 'If just' inquiries. At the time, what you did was what you believed was correct . You might see things contrastingly now however you can't rebuff yourself . Recognize inside of yourself that you have developed and that in future you will be all the more tolerating of the result regardless of how troublesome it might be to deal with. Figure out how to adore yourself, your great focuses and even your terrible focuses. Proceed in life and don't prevent yourself from being so as to encounter comparative encounters that beforehand created hurt rejected. Recall that it is yourself that makes the dismissal by putting awesome desires on yourself as well as other people throughout your life. Take away the weight and exclusive standards and you will begin to evacuate the likelihood of dismissal. It is yourself that makes the circumstance that prompts the hurt. Be tolerating and understanding and permit the normal stream of life to follow through to its logical end.

Dismissal is not disappointment but rather a chance to take in and develop from the experience. Relinquish the hurt and don't rebuff yourself for your activities. You are on a voyage that you should take in and develop from each stride you take. The time has come to push ahead into a positive future.

HOW TO STOP YOUR CHILD FROM BEDWETTING

Bedwetting (Enuresis, Bed Wetting)
Facts
Bedwetting is common for children, affectingbmore boys than girls. The condition occurs in 30% of children at the age of 4, 10% at the age of 6, and drops to 1% by the age of 18. Although children develop bladder control at differentvrates, most boys can control their bladder during the day and night by the age of 6, and most girls by the age of 5. When a child who is old enough to have bladder control urinates accidentally while sleeping, it's called nocturnal enuresis .
If I wet the bed when I was younger, my child is at increasedbrisk for bedwetting, too. TRUE FALSE
Causes of Bedwetting
There are two main types of nocturnal enuresis: primary and secondary. The primary type is a condition where a child still wets the bed after the age of 5 or 6. It's often hereditary. The secondary type occurs when a child who had stopped bedwetting for at least six months starts again, often due to emotional stress or a medical condition.
Possible causes of primary nocturnal enuresis include the following:
-delay in maturation of bladder control
_genetics* children with parents who also wet the bed beyond age five are at an increased risk for bedwetting
-sleeping deeply. this may make children less aware of cues for the need to urinate.
Rare possible causes include the following:
problems with antidiuretic hormone (ADH), a hormone that causes the body to retain water - Normally, ADH
levels increase at night to decrease the amount of urine produced. However, children with enuresis do not have increased ADH levels at night, causing greater urine production, which can lead to wetting.
_minor nerve damage - this may decrease a child's ability to sense a full bladder.
Although it is often said that emotional stress causes primary nocturnal enuresis, there is little scientific evidence to support this claim. However, bedwetting itself may lead to feelings of shame and lowered self- esteem.
Causes of secondary nocturnal enuresis include the following:
-emotional stress (e.g., birth of a sibling, significant loss, family discord)
-urinary tract infection
-diabetes mellitus (rarely)
Symptoms and Complications of Bedwetting
For sleeping children who are old enough to control their bladders, the symptoms of bedwetting are obvious.
Regularly finding urine-soaked sheets is a clear sign of the problem. Also, a child may wake and cry during the night when the wetting occurs, or wake up caregivers to alert them.
The most common complication of bedwetting is the impact on self-esteem and the emotional distress it causes children. Assuring children that the occurrences are accidental (and not blaming the condition on them) is key to managing the psychological effects. Many children who wet the bed may fear staying overnight at a friend's house in case they wet the bed there.
Since many children under the age of six still wet the bed, any one of the following signs should signal the need to consult a doctor:
a child over the age of 5 or 6 who still wets the bed.
a child who is wetting during the day after the age of 4 or 5.
a child who starts bedwetting at night after having stopped for six months or more.
urinary symptoms such as urinating frequently or having pain with urination.
Laboratory tests can be done to make sure the bedwetting isn't caused by a urinary tract infection or by other medical conditions such as diabetes.
Treating and Preventing Bedwetting
Children under the age of 5 or 6 aren't treated for bedwetting because they generally outgrow the problem.
Here are some strategies for parents to help children who are wetting the bed:
Realize that bedwetting is fairly common up to age 5 to 6.
Keep a matter-of-fact attitude and convey that this is nothing out of the ordinary.
Don't blame the child; offer support and encouragement instead.
Point out that bedwetting is common, that it can be corrected, and that there's nothing to feel guilty about.
Don't get angry when your child wets the bed, because this can cause the child to give up trying to stop bedwetting, or can lead to emotional problems.
Don't give lots of fluid or caffeine (like chocolate or cola beverages) to children before bedtime.
Encourage your child to urinate before going to bed.
Make sure your child has easy access to the toilet, and encourage them to get up and go to the toilet if they feel the urge to urinate during the night.
Keep a night light on in the bathroom so children can change their clothes or go to the washroom.
Actively treating bedwetting may be helpful if a child's relationships or school performance are being
significantly affected. Treatment may involve bedwetting alarms or medications.
A bedwetting alarm is triggered when the child passes the first few drops of urine and wakes him or her up.
Alarms become effective for most children after they have been used for 12 weeks. Alarms are most effective for children over 7 or 8 years of age. For alarm treatment to be successful, the child must be motivated and the parents must be willing to have their sleep interrupted. In some cases, the child may not be woken up by the alarm during the first few weeks, and parents must wake the child.
Medications are another option for bedwetting. Children 5 years old and older may take desmopressin,* a medication that decreases the amount of urine the body makes. Side effects include sinus congestion, runny nose, flushing, and stomach cramps.
Another option is a medication called imipramine, which is also available for children older than 6 years. It works immediately to prevent bedwetting.
Side effects such as changes to sleep patterns, headache, and appetite changes may occur. Like all medications, imipramine needs to be safely stored away from children between doses.
If there are family problems (psychiatric or emotional)
affecting either the child or another member of the family, these may also be root causes of bedwetting and need attention. Otherwise, the bedwetting can lead to life-long emotional and psychological distress.
*All medications have both common (generic) and brand names. The brand name is what a specific manufacturer calls the product.

HOW TO DEAL WITH INSOMNIA (LACK OF SLEEP)

This is an inability to catch or maintain sleep, or both. Daytime functioning may be impaired or rendered useless as a result. Insomnia is more common among adults although it affects all ages including children. It affects more women than men. There is a difference between insomnia and other similar conditions such as sleep deprivation and short duration sleep. Short duration sleep is when some requires less time to sleep, and this does not impair daytime functioning. Sleep deprivation is when voluntarily abstain from sleep due to one reason or the other such as lack of opportunity or time to sleep. Symptoms of insomnia include:

How to deal with phobia

You may be excessively afraid of particular object, activity or situation. This article will guide you in dealing with that phobia. People with phobia develop so much fear that they find it difficult to do their normal activities. They feel stressed and worried about being close to the object or engaging in the situation. They avoid the feared objects or situation so as not to feel stressed worried. Types of phobia include:
Animal phobias. Such as being afraid of cats, dogs or spiders.
Situational phobias. Such as being afraid of bridges, heights or stairs.
Blood-injection-injury phobias. Include: fear of getting an injection, being afraid blood or other blood fluids.
Natural environment phobia. Such as fear for lightning or storms.
Other phobias include fear of throwing up. Children’s phobia include being afraid of noise.
Women are more likely to suffer from phobia than men. People that suffer from phobia always loose control, panic, have faster heartbeat or difficulty in breathing when they are near the object or in the situation causing the phobia.
Causes.
If you have a family member that have phobia, there is a greater chance that you will have it.
An unforgettable ordeal can make some to have a phobia. For instance, someone bitten by dog before may develop phobia of dogs or any look alike. I was not afraid of cow before until the day a cow pursued me. Since after that ordeal I don’t cross path with cows. When someone witness something bad happen to another person before can make one have phobia. For instance when one witness a person fall of a building. Since I learnt about plane crashes, I started having phobia of flying. Women have phobias at younger age than men.
Treatment
Treatment of phobia can be done through cognitive-behavioral therapy.  This involves imagining or getting close to the object situation being feared. For instance, if you having a phobia of heights; you should first envision yourself in a lofty place, such 10th floor of a balcony. Doing exercise can assist you in relaxing your worry and your fear about heights will lessen. Next, you would go onto a balcony on a lower floor, try the exercise again to help you relax. Finally, you can now go onto the 10th floor without being afraid.

You doctor may prescribe medicine for you, but medication works best with this cognitive-behavioral therapy. Beta-blockers (such as atenolol or propranolol) can treat physical symptoms of phobia such as faster heartbeat and also blood-injection-injury phobias. They can also be used in treating anxiety disorders like fear of speaking in front of a crowd. People often neglect treatment for anxiety disorders, thinking that they can work it out on their own. But the truth is that you need the treatment.

HOW TO MAKE YOUR BREAST BIGGER

How to Get Bigger Breasts Without Surgery
There's no shame in admitting that you want bigger breasts. Although it can be tricky to get bigger breasts
without surgery, help is on the way. If you want to have bigger breasts, you can do some breast exercises,

Push-upsStart with your stomach on the floor and your hands directly below your shoulders. Slowly push your body upwards into the plank position by pushing against the ground until
your arms straighten as you rise onto your toes.
Lower down to the ground without letting your stomach touch the floor and lift yourself up again.
If this proves too challenging, start off by doing push-ups while keeping your knees and lower legs on the floor. Push-ups are not only great
exercise for your biceps, but they can also strengthen the pectoral muscles that are located below the breasts. Doing too many push-ups at
once can strain your arms, so start by doing just 2 or 3 sets of 10 push-ups in one day, if you're already physically strong. If push-ups are new to you, start with 2 sets of 5 and work your way up. As you become a push-up pro, you can "push" yourself to do even more each day.
Lift dumbbells.
Go to a gym and work with a trusted spotter if you're new to this process.
This is another great exercise that can help strengthen your pectoral muscles. All you have to
do is find some dumbbells that are heavy enough to have an impact but not so heavy that they cause strain, somewhere around 7-12 pounds, and raise them in the air.
Hold the dumbbells in both your hands with your hands resting on your thighs. Your palms should be facing downward. Lift the dumbbells in the air while keeping your hands straight, with your arms slightly bent.
Once the dumbbells are raised above your head, gently lower them to your sides and repeat.
Do the wall press.
This is another version of the push-up and also works your upper arms
and pectoral muscles. Stand about two feet away from a wall with your palms pressed against the wall and your arms straight. Then, lean in toward the wall until your elbows are bent, while keeping your legs pretty much where they were. Use your arms and biceps to straighten out again.
Gain some weight.
That's right. If you really want to naturally get bigger breasts, then all
you have to do is gain a few pounds. Your breasts will fill out along with your stomach, thighs, and other parts of your body that tend to gain weight more easily than the rest. You may not want to gain weight in order to get bigger breasts, but it's the most foolproof way to do it. To gain weight, just increase your caloric intake, focus on fattier foods like cheeses and sugary foods like cookies. Or just eat more of the food you love so you don't feel like you're actively trying to be unhealthy.
This is a good move if you're on the thin side and could stand to gain a few pounds anyway.
Eat more foods that contain estrogen.
Estrogen is a female hormone that is responsible for increasing the size of your breasts, among other things. Though your body will naturally produce estrogen while you're going
through puberty and even until you are 18 or 19 years old, there's no harm in focusing on eating more foods that contain estrogen to help your breasts get a bit bigger. Here are some foods that are known to be rich in estrogen:
Lentils and chickpeas,
Lima and kidney beans,
Dairy products, such as cheese and yogurt,
Fenugreek seeds,
Spices such as sage, clover, and oregano,
Fruits such as apples, cherries, and plums,
Vegetables such as beets, carrots, and, cucumbers,
Grains such as rice, barley, and wheat.
Eat foods that contain phytoestrogen.
Phytoestrogen comes in handy when your estrogen levels are low, when phytoestrogen takes over and helps increase your breast size. Studies have shown that phytoestrogen tablets have increased the size of the breast tissue in pre-menopausal women, and lots of delicious foods
contain it, so there's no harm in adding them to your diet. Here are some foods that are rich in phytoestrogen:
Nuts such as pistachios, walnuts, cashews, and chestnuts.
Beverages such as red wine, white wine, black tea, and green tea.
Fruit such as peaches, strawberries, and raspberries.
Green beans and winter squash
Avoid taking estrogen pills or estrogen supplements to increase breast size. While eating foods that contain estrogen and phytoestrogen in moderation may increase your
breast size, your should not take estrogen pills simply for this reason. If you do think you have a need for these pills that goes beyond needing bigger breasts, then talk to your doctor, but don't go take these pills on your own. Unfortunately, the
same medication that increases breast size has been linked to breast cancer, blood clots, and other ailments that are definitely not worth increasing the size of your breasts.
Wear a bra that fits you correctly. Studies show that as many as 8 out of every 10 women are wearing the wrong bra size. Wearing a bra that is too small may actually make your breasts look smaller, not bigger, and wearing a bra that is too big can make your breasts hang more loosely and therefore can also make them look smaller than they really are. The trick to making your breasts look bigger? Wearing a bra that fits
you perfectly. Here's how to find one and wear it correctly:
Focus on the width of your band, not your cup size. Cup size is important, but only if you know whether you're a 32 or a 36. That makes all the difference. Don't wear your bra on the tightest hooks unless that's how it fits best. Otherwise, hook your bra in the place where it feels the most
comfortable. Don't ever let your band ride up your back. Don't wear the same style bra with different tops, or some may make your breasts look smaller than they really are. Wear a padded or push-up bra. This is another quick and easy fix -- no stuffing necessary. A padded bra can make your breasts look a bit
bigger, and a push-up bra can take that to the next level. If you're in the market for a padded or a push-up bra, you should get fitted before you try one on, just as you should do with a real bra. Avoid stuffing your bra with anything that will not take the shape of the breast such as: cloth or cotton.
Perfect your posture.
Your mother may have been on to something when she kept telling you to stop slouching when you were a little girl. This is the easiest and quickest way to make your breasts look bigger. Having good posture by
keeping your spine straight, your shoulders naturally raised instead of hunched, and your arms at your sides instead of folded across your chest, will not only make you look taller and more confident, but it will also make your breasts look perkier and bigger. When you're hunched over, so are your breasts. When you're standing tall and proud, so are they.
Wear clothes that emphasize your bust.
This is another easy trick for making your breasts look bigger than they really are. Wear tops with frilly lace or patterns in the chest area, wear horizontal stripes that stretch out your breasts, and try shirts with low necklines that show your cleavage without revealing so much that your breasts actually look smaller. Wearing tops that have one color above your breasts and a different color below can also make them look bigger. Shirts or dresses that fan out just below the breast bone can also enhance the size of your breasts.
Wear a dress or a shirt with an underwire and your breasts will naturally perk up.
Wearing shirts that are too tight around the breasts, such as tube tops that are too tight or halters that don't quite fit, will actually make your breasts look smaller. You can also call attention to your breasts by wearing a pendant necklace that hangs in between your breasts.
Have patience.
If you're a young girl, your breasts may not have reached their full size yet. Puberty affects everyone differently, and while you feel that your breasts may have reached their full size already, they can grow naturally well into your late teens, or even later in some cases, as part of your development process. As you get older, you may also naturally gain a little weight or decide that going on the pill is right for you, and your breasts may end up growing without you noticing it. Don't rush off to change the size of your breasts before you've grown into your body.
Be wary of scams.
You will see many adds for pills, supplements, or even injections that are "proven" to make your breasts grow naturally. However, there are very few pills or supplements that have been proved to naturally work, and which have not been shown to have negative side effects. It's better to do things the natural way, through
diet and exercise, or even throw creating the appearance of larger breasts, then to do something that can have harmful effects of your body.
Talk to your doctor before you take any so-called supplement.
Don't go for the Botox.
Do not stuff your bra.
This may result in embarrassing mishaps. Use your true cup size instead of trying to use a bigger cup.
Try sitting on the floor and spreading out your legs almost to the splits, and pretend like you are going to smell the floor and if you do that at least 10 times a day for about 2 months your breast will increase!
Chicken is known to boost hormones.
There are no pills or tablets that you can take to make your breasts grow, although eating fish has been known to increase the hormones which may
encourage your breasts to grow.
Be happy with your body, no matter what type of figure you have! Nobody else has one just like it!
You're beautiful in your uniqueness!
You could try twisting the middle of your bra to push your breast together.
Use olive oil while massaging.
Be happy with your bra size. Bigger breasts can be a hassle and a pain. Massaging your breasts will not
make them bigger. Running or exercise will only help of it is overdone.

how to self-examine your breast

HOW TO SELF-EXAMINE YOUR BREAST TO AVOID BREAST CANCER.

Every woman should learn how to examine her own breasts for possible signs of cancer. She should do it once a month, preferably on the 10th day after her menstrual period started.

If you find any lump or any abnormal sign, get medical advice. Many lumps are not cancer, but it is important to find out early.
BREAST CANCER.
Cancer of the breast is fairly common in women, and is always dangerous. Successful treatments depends on spotting the first sign of possible cancer and getting medical care soon. Surgery is usually necessary.
Signs of breast cancer.
·         The breast may have an abnormal dent or dimple_ or many pits like the skin of an orange.
·         There are often large but painless lymph node in the armpit.
·         The woman may notice a lump on the upper corner of the breast
·         The lump grows slowly
·         At first it usually does not hurt or get hot. Later it may hurt.

Step one
Begin by looking at your breasts in the mirror with your shoulders straight and your arms on your hips. Here's what you should look for:
Breasts that are their usual size, shape, and color,
Breasts that are evenly shaped without visible distortion or swelling.
If you see any of the following changes, bring them to your doctor's attention:
Dimpling, puckering, or bulging of the skin
A nipple that has changed position or an inverted nipple (pushed inward instead of sticking out)
Redness, soreness, rash, or swelling
Step two
Now, raise your arms and look for the same changes.
Step three
While you're at the mirror, look for any signs of fluid coming out of one or both nipples (this could be a watery, milky, or yellow fluid or blood). Then squeeze your nipples and check whether blood or a discharge comes out.
Step four
Next, feel your breasts while lying down, using your right hand to feel your left breast and then your left hand to feel your right breast. Use a firm, smooth touch with the first few finger pads of your hand, keeping the fingers flat and together. Use a circular motion, about the size of a quarter.
Cover the entire breast from top to bottom, side to side — from your collarbone to the top of your abdomen, and from your armpit to your cleavage.
Follow a pattern to be sure that you cover the whole breast. You can begin at the nipple, moving in larger and larger circles until you reach the outer edge of the breast.
You can also move your fingers up and down vertically, in rows, as if you were mowing a lawn. This up-and-down approach seems to work best for most women. Be sure to feel all the tissue from the front to the back of your breasts: for the skin and tissue just beneath, use light pressure; use medium pressure for tissue in the middle of your breasts; use firm pressure for the deep tissue in the back. When you've reached the deep tissue, you should be able to feel down to your ribcage.
Step five
Finally, feel your breasts while you are standing or sitting. Many women find that the easiest way to feel their breasts is when their skin is wet and slippery, so they like to do this step in the shower. Cover your entire breast, using the same hand movements described in step 4.

how to get rid of pimples on the face

How to cure pimples on the face
According to Chinese medicine, forehead acne is related to
digestive disorders. But there are also other causes
that trigger forehead acne. Some of them are
mentioned below:

1. Clogged pores:
The main and universal cause of acne. As the
forehead lies in the T Zone, which is known for its
excess oil production quality, the pores tends to get
clogged leading to acne. Clogged pores can easily be
dealt with a good CTM routine with a monthly
session with the steamer. Please don’t overdo the
steaming session however relaxing or effective it is as
excessive steaming is not advisable for acne-prone
skin.
2. Dandruff in hair:
Dandruff in hair can trigger acne in forehead. Try to
get rid of the dandruff using a good anti-dandruff
shampoo, your acne will vanish like magic.
3. Oily scalp:
If you have oily scalp, the oil tends to seep and result
in clogged pores and acne on your forehead. Make
sure you wash your hair on alternate days to ensure
an oil-free scalp.
4. Certain Medications:
Certain medications like birth control pills have a
tendency to trigger forehead acne in certain people.
Consult/question your doctor every time he
prescribes you medication relating to hormonal
issues.
5. Digestive problems:
Digestive problem is probably the main cause of
forehead acne if you do not have the issues
mentioned above. It needs to be tackled with a
balanced diet. Drink lots of water and include green
leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid fried
foods and artificial tasters and almost anything that
disrupts your tummy’s happiness. Exercising
regularly helps too.
6. Excess stress:
Stress is one thing that has something or the other to
contribute to most of our illnesses. So beat it by
having a healthy life style. Yoga and meditation helps
in reducing stress to a great extent. No time for
yoga? Indulge yourself in a relaxing spa for an instant
stress release. However hard you work, taking some
“me” time definitely has its own merits right?
Getty
7. Certain Hair products:
Certain hair styling products like hair spray, heat
protectant, serum etc has a tendency to trigger acne
when they come into contact with your forehead.
Ladies with bangs, beware.
8. Over exfoliating:
There is an ancient south Indian proverb that says “if
used excessively, even elixir will transform into
poison”. Though exfoliating helps in removing dead
cells and keeping skin fresh, overdoing it could result
in skin irritation and acne. Exfoliation is best when
not done more than twice a week.
9. Wearing helmets and caps:
If you are someone who drives two wheelers then
helmet becomes the most important need. And, we
cannot clean our helmets like makeup brushes once
in two days etc to keep it dirt free.Hence, it is always
advisable to cover your head and forehead with a
clean cotton cloth or dupatta before wearing helmet
so that your precious forehead is kept away from dirt
and possible acne break out. Forgoing helmet is
highly dangerous.

10. Hormonal causes and other genetic
factors:
The final and most difficult to deal with is the
hormonal and genetic factors. One of my friends
used to get acne on her forehead every time before
her periods. Though such factors are difficult to
eradicate especially if you are in your teen years or
expecting to start a family, they could surely be
treated by proper medication.
