Health benefits of moringa oleifera
It is a small edible plant common in several parts of Africa and beyond. It has so much nutritional and medicinal values that it is nicknamed “miracle tree”. This plant has been used in India to combat cardiovascular ailments and obesity-related issues. It is said to contain more than 90 nutrients and 46 types of antioxidants with over 30 anti-inflammatory compounds. It can easily termed as the most nutritional plant on the face of the earth. There are no side effects of moringa discovered yet, it can be consumed by both adults and children alike.
